Do I need a gym membership before I join FUNCTION?
Nope! FUNCTION helps professionals who are on the go, working from home, and somewhere in between. This programme has helped:

You'll get inspiring recipes, help with your weekly shopping and meal preparing, as well as a flexible meal plan that allows you to better support your training and daily day-to-day functioning (no starvation diets here).

Do I get my own personal trainer?
Yes! If you want extra access to a coach, with weekly check ins and 1:1 chat access integrated on the app and monthly strategy sessions where your calendar and meal plans are modified for you, why not check out FUNCTION Better?
FUNCTION programming is created by a trainer who has had experience coaching hundreds of clients on and off the gym floor. Plus, a background in cross-training as a dancer, aerialist, and average-at-best recreational swimmer has allowed for the programming to be strategic and sound...not generic.
What's the price?
FUNCTION starts at .96 cents per day for six months. If you want the additional features of more in-depth coaching, FUNCTION Better is a one-off payment of 288 euro. After the programme ends, you will still keep your access to the app, all resources, and community for .53 cents per day until you wish to cancel.
All of this can be managed in your customer portal where you can update, cancel, or enhance your subscription at any time.
