Do you have an app? Or is this in person training?
What happens if I don't have certain equipment?
You get your workouts, a training schedule, and access to a full video library which breaks down and demos each exercise for you so you NEVER feel like you don't know what you're doing. If you prefer to have online PT sessions, I am happy to do so for an additional cost.
What's the price? Do you offer payment plans?
Empowered Fitness is 59 euro per month (with a minimum three month commitment). If you prefer to have online personal training sessions, it's 20 euro per 45 minute session online.
No dumbbells (or barbell, or kettlebells, etc)? No problem. All of your workouts are scaleable, and also adaptable. Your workouts are adaptable with various pieces of equipment, as well as various environments so you're not left high and dry if a certain machine or space is taken.
If I get injured, what happens to my workout plan?
If you're injured and need to pause your plan, you can do so for up to eight weeks.
