There are options for structure based on desired training frequency (two, three, and four times weekly), with dynamic warmup and cooldown guidance included. Your programme comes with a full video demo library and monthly video check- ins to engage you in the planning process and help you reach your goals.
To cancel or reschedule with no penalty, please do so within 12 hours of your appointment/ class. Refunds for classes/ sessions missed will not be honored.
