Your 30 minute pre- consultation is a complimentary, informative call where we can map out what your health concerns and goals are, as well as what avenues you might like to pursue in order to have your concerns addressed and achieve your goals.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule with no penalty, please do so within 12 hours of your appointment/ class. Refunds for classes/ sessions missed will not be honored.
